Giving Opportunities

Congregation Ner Tamid prides itself with providing a spiritual, educational, and social home for all Jews in west Cobb county, regardless of their financial situation. We strongly believe that no one should be turned away – it should never be unaffordable to be Jewish. Because of this philosophy, we rely on donations (both monetary and resource-oriented) from our members and the Jewish community at-large.

The Jewish People have a strong, proud history of Tzedakah (giving) which is one of the main tenets of the Jewish faith. In a day and age where many congregations are closing their doors around the world, we are proudly participating in the exciting process of building a new and flourishing community! When giving to our congregation, you are helping with the continuity of your own community, as well as the greater continuity of Judaism worldwide. Tzedakah is not just money. It can be volunteer time, special skills or talents, and so much more.

We hope that all of you will feel inspired to give to Congregation Ner Tamid in some way, and we look forward to having your contributions so that our community can continue to grow. Remember…as an individual, you really CAN make a difference!
